Altoni Kelderman wants to contribute to a better place to live. In our sustainability program, we commit to dealing with care and respect for the 4 elements:
Human
Quality is our absolute priority. Traceability is essential for this. We continually strive for high-quality products and processes, which are audited both internally and externally. All Kelderman croquettes and purees are IFS certified and you can therefore rely on excellent quality.
Environment
Climate change is perhaps the greatest environmental challenge facing us all. We too have an important role to play in this. For example, we invested no less than 3,000 m² of solar panels. The cooling systems operate on natural CO2 and we have a rainwater recovery system that drastically reduces water consumption. Our offices are heated with residual heat from production and where possible we use rainwater.
Society
We also fulfill a social role. For years, we have supported a variety of social projects, activities and organizations: Mothers for Mothers, the food bank, homelessness work, the social grocery store in Schoten.... So these people can enjoy our products and we share what we have with those in need.
Employee
Every employee deserves our respect. After all, we owe our growth to the motivation and commitment of our employees.
