Our story
History
For years, fresh croquettes have been a standard at the Kelderman family in Schoten. Back in the 1970s, Irène prepared the best puree for the best croquettes. At parties, and especially at Christmas, the whole family was always present, because everyone knew: there would be fresh croquettes on the menu !
The world of Kelderman
What started with the Kelderman family is now part of Altoni Kelderman nv, a company specialized in preparing high-quality meal components. By joining forces, a strong, dynamic company was created that is ready for the future.
Production process
We remain faithful to Irène's original recipe, with a constant focus on quality. We only go for products full of flavour and without compromises.
Ingredients
Only the best! Delicious fresh croquettes and purees, it starts with the selection of the best ingredients. Each ingredient is a delicious flavour enhancer that determines the quality of our products. We therefore attach significant importance to a long-standing cooperation with our regular suppliers.
