At our winter event they were officially presented, tasted and approved: our new sweet potato krokines ! A delicious croquette that gives every dish that extra touch !
A croquette in the shape of a pear filled with a deliciously creamy sweet potato puree. The puree was flavoured with likama hloa spices... a sweet and warm spice mix that originates in Andalusia. The sweet comes from cinnamon and star anise, the warm from pepper and nutmeg.
