Since May 2021, in addition to a butcher's shop, a catering service and a food truck, Jelle also runs 'Restaurant Tafereel'. In this spectacular restaurant concept, each dish is served to the customer on a pre-set tabletop that is slid integrally from the kitchen into the restaurant. Adventurous dishes based on fresh ingredients with an Asian touch.
