Sweet potato krokines
A croquette in the shape of a pear filled with a deliciously creamy sweet potato puree. The puree was flavoured with likama hloa spices... a sweet and warm spice mix that originates in Andalusia. The sweet comes from cinnamon and star anise, the warm from pepper and nutmeg.
Available from October 1 to December 31.
Description
When harvesting for the fresh Kelderman croquettes, the potatoes are sorted according to the desired underwater weight so that the quality remains consistent, and the pure potato taste is dominant. Furthermore, they are steamed at the ideal temperature to maintain their optimal taste.
‘Fresh is really fresh' with us ... The maximum shelf life is 12 days.
