Lamb rib with gratin and steamed vegetables

Fry the lamb rib in hot olive oil until nice and pink, and dress with a lamb and rosemary gravy. Bake the gratin in the oven and serve with some blanched vegetables such as carrots, beans and green asparagus.

TIP !

Finish the gratin with some grated cheese for an extra crispy crust. Perfect as a side dish!
